At Cartek all orders will be ship out within 24-48 hours( Except weekend and public Holiday).Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive at your premises.

For general postage we do use Australia Post, However, We can use DHL, Toll or anyother delivery comany if you like to. if you do, can eitheir give us a call or put into special request when purchase.(Extra expense may apply)

Refund

In the event that the product is received in the following condition:
•Package is damaged and product has damaged;
•Product is disfunctional;

Cartek.com.au will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost. Contact Us during business hours to arrange for replacements. Requests for replacement of damaged goods must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of delivery.
